Associate Broker

Limited to no experience in real estate. An Associate Broker a Vesta works directly under a partner and get’s a base salary. This is the perfect position for someone that wants to apprentice in real estate. Associate Brokers take out partner buyers and host their open houses. You get to learn how to sell from the best in the business all while making a salary. This position has the ability to build their own book of business as well from leads provided.

Junior Team Broker

Junior Team Brokers have the chance to cultivate their own client base, leveraging leads provided to establish a successful career trajectory within the company. Team Broker


Designed specifically for seasoned brokers with a track record of annual sales under $10 million. With a focus on leveraging existing expertise while honing skills for increased success, Team Brokers work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, facilitating transactions, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. This role provides experienced brokers with the support and resources necessary to elevate their performance and achieve significant growth within the real estate market.

Senior Team Broker


The Senior Team Broker position at Vesta is reserved for top-tier professionals with a remarkable track record of success in the real estate industry. To qualify, candidates must demonstrate exceptional performance, including a minimum total sales volume of $35 million over the past three years and at least $13 million in closed transactions within the last 12 rolling months. As leaders within our organization, Senior Team Brokers are entrusted with driving significant business growth, fostering client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

Partner Broker


Becoming a Partner Broker at Vesta requires not only exceptional sales performance but also a commitment to upholding our company values. Candidates must demonstrate a closing ratio of 1.5:1, exemplified by closing $9 million in online leads while also securing $6 million from their own personal deals. Additionally, a minimum total sales volume of $15 million over a consecutive 12-month period is required to qualify for this esteemed position. Beyond numerical achievements, Partner Brokers are expected to embody Vesta's values both within the office and in their interactions with clients and team members.
