This is the perfect position for someone that wants to apprentice in real estate. Associate Brokers take out partner buyers and host their open houses. You get to learn how to sell from the best in the business all while making a salary. This position has the ability to build their own book of business as well from leads provided.

To qualify, candidates must demonstrate exceptional performance, including a minimum total sales volume of $35 million over the past three years and at least $13 million in closed transactions within the last 12 rolling months. Partner Broker
Becoming a Partner Broker at Vesta requires not only exceptional sales performance but also a commitment to upholding our company values. Candidates must demonstrate a closing ratio of 1.5:1, exemplified by closing $9 million in online leads while also securing $6 million from their own personal deals. Additionally, a minimum total sales volume of $15 million over a consecutive 12-month period is required to qualify for this esteemed position. Beyond numerical achievements, Partner Brokers are expected to embody Vesta's values both within the office and in their interactions with clients and team members.
